MENSHO

One word- incredible. the concept of this restaurant is not only to serve you the most rich, delicious, beautiful ramen that have ever reached your taste buds, but there is also an educational component that if can look up at the walls and read the massive text and chemistry structures that bring slight PTSD from a college chemistry class, then you’ve got a 101 lecture on ramen.

I’ve been to MENSHO twice, though if it were up to me, I’d probably be there every weekend. I will say that the space is small, but in a very quaint, cozy way that transports me to my perception of a true Japanese dinner spot, which makes sense given that MENSHO franchise actually originated in Japan.

Be prepared to wait- there is always people lining up at the door for a spot but it is so totally worth it.
